I now work on the business, instead of in the business, with a focus on systems and marketing.

awarded one year by franchisees through a voting system.
Received
the “Perpetual Excellence” award twice for marketing and supporting the
network. This is the equivalent of the “Lifetime achievement award”
for the Chem-Dry network.

My
franchise is one of the largest domestic and commercial franchises in
the UK and has the highest carpet and upholstery cleaning turnover per
licence.
Carpet and Upholstery cleaning team employs 7 people.
65-70% of our monthly revenue is repeat and referral work, largely generated through low cost database marketing.
