We know everyone is suffering due to the current financial climate so we have been working on ways to help save you money on purchasing your carpet cleaning supplies.

As from 1st February we are changing the way we deal with our account customers and will be offering two new accounts.

The first is our new ‘HomeStock’ Account. 

The second is our Direct Account.

HomeStock is a new type of account, which will provide you with more flexibility to purchase our products, and comes with an easy re-payment plan. 

HomeStock will include …

 Greater discounts on chemicals, accessories and spare parts.
 The ability to order and hold up to 3 months of stock upfront
 FREE carriage on most orders
 Reduced admin for you
 Small monthly payments.

What is needed from you to set up Homestock:

We need a cheque to cover the first month’s payment
A completed Standing order form to continue the monthly payments
2 credit cards that can be used if the standing order does not go through one month

We will evaluate your current average monthly purchases to set your standing order amount. Your credit limit will be 3 times your standing order amount.  If you place an order that exceeds your credit limit you may be asked to pay the difference and your account can be re-evaluated for the amount paid each month if required.

As the payments are paid by standing order not direct debit, you still have control over the money being paid, effectively you are sending us the money we are not taking it!  There is not cancellation period, if you would like to stop the payments you can do at any time as long as there is no money oweing on your account.

You will be given a date for your orders and you may call to order any time within 3 days of that date.  If no order is received we will then pro-actively contact you.

Deliveries will be once a month, any extra products ordered in that month will be subject to a £14 delivery charge or £3.50 for postage items.

This works by you agreeing an annual value of goods you from us.  We will give you a discount related to your volume of sales, which can be over 25%, and we agree a fixed monthly amount.  You can order up to 3 times your monthly payment at any one time and restock monthly with FREE carriage.

Our Direct Account is a little different.   We understand most of our competitors have either never held accounts or are no longer opening new accounts.  We didn’t want to do this straight off, so we’ve given you the option of HomeStock … or if you decide you don’t want to pay monthly then we’ve set up our Direct Account for you. 

As you will pay for your goods when you order them, you will also receive a discount of 10% on Chemicals and 5% on accessories.  

Furthermore, if you order online you’ll be able to take advantage of monthly specials and discount carriage at www.alltec-direct.co.uk.   We plan to open a dedicated ‘orderline’ in the New Year allowing you to call and place your orders with a live operator from 8am - 8pm, Monday – Friday.
