There are a few types of leather you should not ‘wet’ clean, but the majority of ‘finished’ or ‘protected’ leathers can be cleaned without a problem … and very profitably too! This half-day school teaches you how to identify the problem leathers from the easy to clean ones … and you’ll be shown how to professionally clean and protect them.
Dry Cleaning of Curtains and Fabrics
A half-day school looking primarily at dry cleaning methods used for curtains, wall hangings and all other non-wet cleanable fabrics. Designed for professional cleaners of all levels. You will be shown how to identify the difference between wet-clean and dry-clean fabrics with confidence and how to correctly set up a dry-cleaning method, the most effective cleaning techniques and how to finish the job. Advanced Spot & Stain Removal
This one-day course is designed to be a hands-on, in-depth learning experience on spot and stain removal This course is designed for any cleaning technician, particularly those in charge of troubleshooting and warranty/insurance work. The course is complemented by a two-hour hands-on spotting session where the student actually practices what he/she has learned. This class is valuable for professional cleaners and in-house maintenance personnel to help understand the most advanced spot and stain removal procedures. Bring working clothes or overalls with you as you will be using spotting products.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
The SMT IICRC will teach you the theory behind cleaning hard floors…what this ‘Play Day’ gives you is hands-on practical experience. You will go through the process of reviewing floor types and the individual principles of identification you will also be taken through all the important health and safety aspects that you need to consider when hard floor cleaning. There will be hands-on experience with routine cleaning, scrubbing, polishing and sealing procedures and all participants will get a chance to use the Hydroforce SX-12, SX-7 and GEKKO Hard Surface Cleaning tools learning the skills needed on most hard floor cleaning jobs.
 

IICRC Complete Carpet Care (CCT) This is a two-day comprehensive carpet care course. IICRC Carpet Repair & Reinstallation (RRT) Every home or business has areas of concern whether is a complete re-stretch or repairing a small seam. Most consumers will not call will not call or so not know whom to call for these repairs. You can make the repair and be a hero to the customer as well as adding a tidy profit in minimal time. The class will learn how to install a room of carpet and them will progress through a series of stations and learn how to do a variety of seams. Every person will perform these repairs. The school includes: Carpet construction types, tools and equipment needed, step by step instructions for various types of installation, repair techniques for bubbles, buckling and delamination, how to repair seams and burns, reinstallation procedures, how to cut seams and stretch carpets.
IICRC Stone, Masonry & Tile Cleaning (SMT) This is a very profitable cleaning process and is an easy add-on for professional cleaners, as well as for in-house maintenance personnel, and building service contractor technicians.
