A special one-day course to be a hands-on, in-depth learning experience on spot and stain removal
This course is designed for any cleaning technician, particularly those in charge of troubleshooting and warranty/insurance work. 
The course is complemented by a two-hour hands-on spotting session where the student actually practices what he/she has learned. This class is valuable for professional cleaners and in-house maintenance personnel to help understand the most advanced spot and stain removal procedures. 
Bring working clothes or overalls with you as you will be using spotting products.

Dry Cleaning Of Curtains And Fabrics
A half-day school looking primarily at dry-cleaning methods used for curtains, wall hangings and all other non-wet cleanable fabrics.   
Designed for professional cleaners of all levels.  
You will be shown how to identify the difference between wet-clean and dry-clean only fabrics with confidence.  You will show how to correctly set up for both dry-cleaning by machine and hand dry-cleaning methods, and learn which is the most effective cleaning techniques and how to finish the job.

Carpet Care Technician CLEANtrust Approved School
This is a two-day Complete Carpet Care school.  The object of this school is to help educate by increasing your knowledge and understanding of both carpets and the carpet cleaning industry as a whole. It is mostly a theory school where you will be introduced to a number of different types of carpet and fibres and their different methods of construction. This course is a must for anyone involved in residential or commercial carpet care and maintenance. It will give you the confidence to tackle all types of carpet cleaning jobs and deal with almost any problem that may arise.

A two-day upholstery and fabric care school is a complete learning experience teaching all aspects of upholstery and fabric cleaning. It will give you the confidence to tackle most upholstery cleaning jobs by helping you identify fibres and fabric characteristics, chemical and equipment requirements and specific cleaning procedures using all types of systems and methods.  It helps you avoid problems and teaches you when to walk away. Special attention is given to safe dry cleaning procedures. Consideration is given to using existing equipment to clean upholstery. .

Commercial Carpet Maintenance IICRC Approved School
This two-day course is designed for professional carpet cleaners looking to move into commercial work as well as building service contractors, in-house maintenance personnel, and professional cleaning contractors.  It focus on the carpet maintenance programme and well as the maintenance cleaning systems.
The school includes:
Different types of commercial carpet cleaning, what is planned carpet maintenance? Carpet manufacturing, carpet textures/styles, Fibre identification, types of carpet installation, objectives of carpet care/pre-inspection, scoping the commercial cleaning job, components of comprehensive carpet maintenance, demonstration of carpet cleaning methods, high performance hot water extraction, chemistry of cleaning, spot/stain treatment and removal, problems related to improper cleaning, safety on the job, designing a planned maintenance program

The CLEANtrust (formerly IICRC) is an international body that is owned by industry associations like the UK’s NCCA. 
They do not own or run schools and produce no training material. However, the CLEANtrust approves schools, the instructors and school manuals that meet their specific international standards.  Anyone attending these approved schools has the option at the end of the school to take the CLEANtrust Certification Exam.

The Tile & Grout Cleaning Schools

Hands-On Tile & Grout Cleaning “Play Day”
The SMT CLEANtrust school will teach you the theory behind cleaning hard floors…what this ‘Play Day’ gives you is hands-on practical experience.
You will go through the process of reviewing floor types and the individual principles of identification you will also be taken through all the important health and safety aspects that you need to consider when hard floor cleaning.
We clean and seal our own tile floor … as if you were doing the job yourself, and includes dealing with the customer, setting up, cleaning and packing away.
There will also be hands-on experience with routine cleaning, scrubbing, polishing and sealing procedures and all participants will get a chance to use the Hydroforce SX-15, SX-7 and GEKKO Hard Surface Cleaning tools learning the skills needed on most hard floor cleaning jobs.

Stone, Masonry & Tile Cleaning CLEANtrust Approved School
This 2-day CLEANtrust approved school will teach you all the theory behind this is a very profitable cleaning process for natural stone, masonry and ceramic tile floors.
It is an easy add-on for professional cleaners, as well as for in-house maintenance personnel, and building service contractor’s technicians.  The SMT school is also a must for fire and disaster restoration companies who will be responsible for cleaning and restoring stone, masonry and ceramic tile floors. As this is a comprehensive school only limited time will be available for hands-on.  Therefore we recommend you attend the adjoining Tile & Grout “Play Day” then several types for floor will be cleaned.
The School Includes:
Soil prevention, dry soil removal systems for grouted flooring. Maintenance guidelines. Restoration of floors. Review of natural floor types and materials, principles of identification geology marble, limestone, granite, slate. Ceramic tile and masonry manufacture processes, uses and cleaning techniques. This THREE- DAY school is the two above days added together. It starts with the 2-day CLEANtrust approved school SMT school, which requires 14 hours of text book work. This will teach you all the theory behind this is a very profitable cleaning process for natural stone, masonry and ceramic tile floors.
The third day is a play-day when you can put this all together and strip, clean and reseal our purpose built stone and tile floor in out classroom.

ALLTEC Leather Cleaning Schools

Advanced Leather Cleaning School
This is a special one-day advance leather cleaning school. It is always held the day prior to the Advanced Leather repair School so you can attend as a one-day cleaning or as three day complete Leather cleaning and repair school.
It gives an in-depth look at professional care and maintenance of leather upholstery, which requires the development of specialist knowledge and skills, which will be provided in this course.
You will be required to clean leather on the course … you may (with prior permission) bring along an item of leather upholstery to be cleaned.   
The school includes:
• How leather is made, the tannery and finishing processes.
• Identification of leather and the finishes applied to them.
• Pre-inspection and identifying potential problems.
• Dealing with customer expectations
• Cleaning, stain removal, conditioning creams and protectors.

Advanced Leather Repair School
While leather is a beautiful natural product and is able to withstand a large amount of wear and tear … it can be easily scratched and ripped.   Now you’ll have an opportunity to learn how you can repair leather with an almost invisible mend.    This is a two-day leather repair course dealing with problems beyond the scope of cleaning. This course is mostly hands on to allow each delegate as much time as possible to practice and develop the skills required to carry out repairs to scuffs, scratches, cuts, holes, and burns. You may (with prior permission) bring along an item of leather upholstery that needs to be repaired and carry out the work as a demo in the school.

• Equipment and products used to repair leather.
• How to mix and match colours
• Colour application techniques.
