Rotovac 360 Product Details
The new Rotovac 360 is an excellent tool for carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning in one effortless, self propelled motion. This carpet, tile and grout cleaning machine weighs only 39 lbs. and will produce cleaning results that will impress your customers every time! The telescoping handle and adjustable rpm speed control adapts to a wide variety of carpet, tile and grout cleaning conditions and for maximum cleaning performance and easy portability.
Works with any Portable Extractor or Truckmount
The Rotovac 360 does not require a special high pressure portable extractor to clean tile and grout. The Rotovac 360 Tile and Grout head uses a combination of rotary nylon cleaning brush bristles, spray jets and vacuum slots to thoroughly clean tile and grout. The Rotovac Powerwand replaces the manual scrub wand for extraction carpet cleaning. Combining rotary agitation with hot water extraction, the Rotovac cleans better, leaves the carpet drier and is much easier to use than a wand.
The Rotovac has two stainless steel cleaning heads which counter-rotate at 250 r.p.m. Each cleaning head has three solution jets and three vacuum slots. This produces 1500 multi-directional cleaning passes per minute.... all day long.
A person with a manual scrub wand can only make around 60 two directional cleaning passes per minute. As the person tires this number decreases along with the quality.
With it's intensive, aggressive cleaning action, the Rotovac restores heavily soiled carpets and matted traffic areas with ease.
The Rotovac works with any truck mount or twin-vacuum portable system. It is airflow calibrated and high pressure plumbed to operate with everything from small portable extractors, to the largest most powerful truck mount systems.

How It Works
The Rotovac employs a patented process of Rotary Jet Extraction cleaning.
Each stainless steel cleaning head has three spray jets followed by three vacuum slots.
Dual high torque gear motors power the heads in a counter-rotating motion at 250 r.p.m. to produce 1500 cleaning passes per minute.

TAKE THE ROTOVAC CHALLENGE
The carpet you see in this photo is obviously much dirtier than the average job. The reason for this is to demonstrate the dramatic difference in the cleaning ability of a wand vs a Rotovac.
To make this carpet dirty we simply sprayed it with water and then dragged it around the car park.
Equal Conditions
Using the same portable extractor and the same chemical, we cleaned one portion of the carpet with a wand for two minutes and then right next to it with the ROTOVAC for two minutes.

When cleaning with the wand, notice that the technician is bent over in an uncomfortable position. Results depend on the amount of elbow grease and the number of cleaning passes he is willing or able to make.
