I Started Carpet Cleaning In May 2001 - Within 18 Months - I Owned A Very
Successful 'Truck Mounted' Carpet Cleaning Business (Oh And A
PORSCHE 911 SC Cabriolet - My Dream Car!)
In April 2001 I left my £35,000 (plus bonus) job
as a business manager at a Land Rover Dealership in
Bedfordshire. I left when a friend got me interested in Carpet Cleaning - when I found
out it was 'Bait and Switch' I didn't do it - BUT I needed to do
something!
Fortunately another
friend introduced me to Robert Saunders at ALLTEC. Within a couple of
weeks I was cleaning with an ALLTEC AQUA 40. Things were going well, but
not great.
Robert
invited me along to his ALLTEC Extravaganza! - in June 2001. After Robert introduced me to Joe Polish, Tom Hill and a number of people
already on his FastTrack Programme I joined immediately.
I
was promised £50,000 a year some hope!
However, I thought if he could show me how to make just £500 a week I would have been
happy. After all he did offer
a 100% Money Back Guarantee So I went for it.
In
just one month I was making about £700 a week this must have been
the-time-of-year I thought, but every month as I used more of the programme the
money increased.
Other
cleaners I met told me about the Slow-Season at the beginning of the
year. Well, I can tell you I
averaged £900 a week IN MY FIRST SLOW SEASON.
There was not any one thing that I was taught that made me successful it
was putting everything together, the guidance from Robert and the support of all
the guys like Andrew Walker, Mick Conlon, Dave Cox etc
By
the spring I was averaging just over £1,000 a week without busting a gut to
get the work. The only problem I
found was with the cleaning it was too slow!
So
in July 2002 (only 15 months into my new business) I purchased a Steam Way -
SideKick Truck Mount from Robert just so I could do more work in less
time! Oh and I didnt pay on
lease!
It worked Im now able to average £1,457.00 a week in
cleaning plus I earn £721.00
on my Maintenance Plans (these people pay me over £6 per metre for my service
- and they love it) per month AND TAKE MORE TIME OFF.
One
of the strange things FastTrack teaches you is to set goals and enjoy
yourself. Your Business Should
Fund Your Perfect Lifestyle.
So now I take time out for myself and had even planned to purchase a new car
within three years.
In
September I ordered a brand new MGF sports car. It was nice, but not what I really
wanted! One of my wild dreams since
the age of 10 was to own a Porsche 911.
Now within 18 months of starting my own carpet cleaning business - I own my
very own Porsche 911 SC Cabriolet!
What
else can I say? I would recommend
this to anyone (except if you live in the Luton area only
joking!)
Regards
Simon

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Please be sensible about this - Simon has his own business to run, and life to lead. DO NOT CALL him on (on his regular line, his 0800 number or mobile) and bug him. He has to work too! Simon really is a great guy and has allowed us to use his testimonial, but some cleaners are really abusing his kindness and calling him directly.
Think about it - he is a busy guy - a very busy guy! And he has been getting lots of calls on his 0800 number - which is on divert to his mobile. So if you call him you are... 1. Stopping him from working - and earning money. 2. Costing him money on his 0800 3. Costing him money on his divert to his mobile 4. Stopping all his customers from calling him!
If you wish to speak with him please call Karra at the ALLTEC Office on 0800 6950 222 and she will arrange a time for Simon and you to talk.
I have asked Simon to put the phone down on cleaners calling him directly! |
