LPG Conversion

LPG is a clean and safe fuel that has a range of properties closest to petrol. SPEEDLINER™ is a new, tough, tear-free, water-proof and worry-free lining and is absolutely perfect for vehicles used in the carpet and hard floor cleaning industry!

SPEEDLINER™ works by completely covering and sealing in the plywood flooring in the rear of your vehicle to make a tough impervious coating that is chemical resistant, tear resistant, wear resistant, slip resistant and above all water resistant. This means if you spill cleaning solutions, fuel, oil or just water in back of your vehicle it will not soak into the plywood and start to smell or rot.

SPEEDLINER™ comes in 18 different colours (can be colour-matched at an additional cost) and gives a great looking finish that can be power-washed clean to a like-new finish time and time again for years to come and will add to your vehicles resale value!

SPEEDLINER™ is applied by a special spraying technique used to ‘tank’ the floor completely and sealing the first 300mm of the ply-lined walls, bulkhead and rear wheel arch (only 100mm of unlined walls). This will permit you to quickly power-wash the floor clean and allow the water to drain out of the doors.

SPEEDLINER™ is so strong and hard wearing (even resisting the effects of fuels, chlorine bleach, corrosive materials) it comes with a 5-year warranty against wearing, ripping and colour fading.

SPEEDLINER™ is normally applied to the plywood flooring, 300mm up on the ply-lined walls and over the wheel arches (as shown right). In addition we offer half-wall height, full-wall and the complete load area including floor, walls, doors and roof!
